Jatah is intended only for users who are 18+ years old. Do not use Jatah if you are under 18 or unable to agree to these terms.
Jatah Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Jatah, including video posts, profiles, comments, saved clips, reporting, blocking, purchases when available, account settings, and support.
User-Generated Content
Users are responsible for videos, descriptions, profile text, comments, and other content they submit. Do not submit content that infringes rights, violates law, misleads others, or violates these terms.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Jatah has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior, including harassment, threats, exploitation, hateful conduct, illegal activity, graphic harm, sexual exploitation, or attempts to endanger minors or other users.
Reporting and Blocking
Users can report content or members and can block members. Jatah will review reported content and act on reports within 24 hours when a report is received.
EULA
Use of Jatah is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for apps downloaded from the App Store, unless a separate written agreement applies.
Purchases
If purchases are available, virtual items have no cash value, are used only inside Jatah, and may be limited, changed, or removed where required for safety, compliance, or app operation.
Account Actions
Jatah may remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate accounts for violations, safety risks, legal requirements, or misuse of the app.
Availability
Features may change, pause, or stop for maintenance, updates, security, compliance, or product quality. Jatah is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

UGC Safety: Content that violates these terms may be removed, and accounts may be restricted or terminated. Repeated or severe violations can lead to permanent loss of access.
